"We're More Than Just A Law Firm, We're Family."

When I joined Juge Napolitano 24 years ago, one of the values they emphasized is that we are more than just a law firm, we are a family.?

We were much younger then, and we all had young families.? It was such a refreshing experience to know that we can be very serious about our practice and providing excellent representation to our clients, but recognize that what really is important is to be present for our families.

My family started 27 years ago when my wife and I travelled halfway across the globe to meet our oldest child in China.?

What an unbelievable experience to be able to become “instant” parents and experience the wonderful culture of China.? Then, we said, “why not do this again,” and 1 1/2 years later, we were back in China to meet our second child, this time in a different region of the country, with yet new experiences.

Keeping a connection to China for our children always has been important to us, so after the kids were teenagers, we returned to China for a heritage tour.? Not only were we able to see places we had not visited before, but we were also able to return to the cities where our children were born, including visiting with their foster families at their homes.?

Now, our families are older.?

What an amazing experience it has been to watch all of our families grow and enjoy the successes of each of our children.? It is special when you have a place to work where not only are professional successes celebrated, but more importantly, where our families’ successes are cheered on.
