We're Made to Move

I've just received this email and thought it was a powerful message which I need to share.

Even gym goers are still living the sedentary lifestyle. We spend on average 15 hours a day sitting!

At Smart2Ergo we understand the importance of wellbeing especially in the workplace. We want people using our desks to contribute towards performance, sustainability and resilience. Building movement in to people’s work improves flexibility and stimulates their thoughts. And, of course, we want to make the world a better place and to increase happiness in the workplace.

Standing 4 hours a day, 5 days a week for a whole year is equivalent to:

People who are more comfortable at work are more happy, more motivated and more productive.

Credit to Smart2Ergo for the message, get in touch for further information [email protected]
