Finance - Job Description

1、 Timely completion of company accounting and preparation of financial statements monthly, ensuring compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations.

2、Fully participate in the formulation and management of annual budgets, engage in deep communication with department managers, and monitor the budgeting process.

3、Prepare monthly financial forecasts and track feedback on their execution to support company operations management.

4、Prepare monthly financial forecasts and track feedback on their execution to support company operations management. Prepare financial analysis reports, analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

5、Organize production cost analysis, enhance cost reduction and efficiency awareness, and deeply understand production situations in workshops.

6、Liaise with local tax authorities to timely declare various taxes and reduce tax risks.

7、Coordinate various types of audits such as annual audits and tax audits.

8、Handle other important matters assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with preference given to certified accountants or ACCA holders.

2、Over 5 years of experience in finance in the manufacturing industry, with experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting, internal and external audits, etc.

3、Familiar with international accounting standards and financial management systems, with preference given to those with experience working in accounting firms.

4、Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.

5、Proficient in the use of financial software and ERP systems.

6、Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7、Detail-oriented with potential leadership and team management capabilities.

Sales - Job Description

1、Utilize company resources and platforms to independently develop or assist superiors in completing the landing of new major clients.

2.、Carry out new customer development in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States regions, achieving annual order volume and accounts receivable targets.

3、Maintain good customer relationships, achieve payment collection as required, and ensure order gross profit margin.

Job Requirements:

1、Good communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.

2、Priority given to candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the RFID tag industry market and sales.

2、Candidates without experience in the RFID tag industry but with experience in paper materials or printing industries may be considered.

4、Adaptability to overseas travel and a certain ability to withstand pressure.
