Position: Systems Analyst & Client Support

Voice Project is a leading provider of workplace surveys assessing employee engagement, service quality and leadership. Our strong inhouse technology and exceptional professional services help clients understand the drivers of engagement and performance in their organisations. We have a wide client base that includes commercial, not-for-profit and government organisations in Australia and overseas. Since our inception in 2002, we have implemented 3000 consulting projects across 900 clients delivering surveys to 4 million employees, leaders and customers.

Our team of 18 is a mix of psychologists, developers and support staff. As consultants specialising in employee engagement we practice what we preach, ensuring a fun, inclusive and flexible workplace for our staff. We have a casual dress-code; our game of choice is table tennis; and our kitchen is well stocked. We have flexible start and finish times, a genuine time-in-lieu system and you can work from home two days a week. Our office is near Macquarie Shopping Centre close to buses and trains.

In this role you will:

? Build your understanding of our cloud-based survey application and client needs

? Liaise with our clients providing technical support

? Support our consultants with the build, delivery and reporting for our surveys

? Support and advise our developers with technical and usability testing

? Build client support materials including online processes and screen capture demos

? Become a systems guru, training our consultants when we release new features

You are the ideal person for this role if you have:

? An interest in improving employee engagement and workplace performance

? A passion and aptitude for working with technology systems and data

? Customer service skills in providing technical support

? Strong written communication skills and English fluency

? Excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines

? Attention to detail – cite Star Wars or Harry Potter in your cover letter to show this skill

? Ability to research and solve problems independently as well as work as part of a close team

? 1-5 years of related work experience coupled with a degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, Technology or a closely related discipline

? Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously

? Australian citizenship or residency

? The capacity to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
