Job Function

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative (SR) for General Trade to join our fast-growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key Objective: To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities, gaining new business, and maintaining existing business for Delish and Nutri Ltd.




Key Performance Areas

  • Promote products to designated customers to achieve territory objectives while implementing value-added programs across the territory.
  • Achieve territory sales targets and market share growth.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer list, customer records, and database.
  • Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge, gain product endorsements, and generate sales.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, product access, and competitive activities.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans.
  • Report visits, activities, and recommendations to promote business growth.
  • Conduct territory situation diagnosis (e.g., local market drivers and initiatives) leading to the design and implementation of a territory action plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide feedback to management on competitor activities or local issues to ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, general meetings, and cycle meetings.
  • Demonstrate team spirit by liaising with team members to share information, motivate, and support them, contributing to the generation and delivery of the territory plan.
  • Ensure territory and administrative systems are maintained and updated to provide an accurate record of the territory at all times.




Experience and Skills Required

  • A minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience. Experience in route-to-market in the FMCG sector is an added advantage.
  • Effective selling and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Business English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
