IIf you are a junior tech-savvy, go-getter with a Web + Digital Marketing + Customer Support experience; that lives for learning new skills (content editing on our awesome platform!) and expanding your horizons (meeting great people in the virtual world!) we want to hear from you! We are looking for just the right talented all-rounder with a magic mix of admin + digital marketing + website editing skills and a love for all things digital and tech to join our growing office based (Paarl) and remote working team.

The position is ideally for a candidate that will work full time from our Paarl office; however WFH candidates may be considered should they meet our remote criteria.

You will need to be digitally skilled and highly computer literate (NB - you need to be able to work a computer like Mozart played the piano) with a proven track record of learning new online systems, and an exceptional eye for detail (digital content management and editing), admin and managing customer support.

You would know:

• How to make a QR code
• What bit.ly is
• What SaaS and CMS means
• How many meanings the word pixel or Notion has
• And what point size and dpi means

Your role will include working with our super-duper content management and publish-to-internet (the ProfileMe SaaS) platform, customer support, onboarding new clients, dabbling in design, product testing, and providing a support role to the senior designer.

You'll be working within our super-cool, no-nonsense, all-female client facing team that prides themselves on efficiency, getting things done and being really (we mean really) good at what they do.

We work with both large corporates as well as small start-up entities. The daily scope is both varied and stimulating between the design, development and client facing teams and will suit a highly energetic, positive, resilient and organised person - you're the type that likes to get things done - and to get it done well!

You are also an incredibly fast learner and are able to process and retain large amounts of information - you'll need a great memory! ??

• Basic design (Canva) (PhotoShop, Illustrator a bonus)
• Some knowledge of website builders such as Wix and Wordpress - although you won't be using it, it will greatly help learning to work on our platform
• Strong customer support skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Super organised
• A problem solver that applies critical thinking
• Design Thinking (Yes, we value this even more than software!)

?? MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric + diploma + WITH further self-learned courses & certifications that includes digital applications;
• Or junior digital marketer or web designer that also loves an excel spreadsheet;
• Min 5 Years Work Experience;
• Some experience with WordPress or Page Builders;
• Design in Canva.

• Full-time, Permanent.
• Salary: Depending on experience.
• Benchmark starting at R10K scaling up on experience;
