About Us
Double the Donation is a fundraising software solution that aims to increase corporate matching gift revenue across thousands of nonprofits of all shapes, sizes, and missions. Our team is made up of passionate sales professionals, nonprofit onboarding and client success representatives, partnership management and marketing specialists, software developers, matching gift fundraising experts, and more.
Double the Donation headquarters is located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia on the Beltline between Krog Street Market and Ponce City Market. We have a hybrid work structure with team members working in-office some days and remotely other days—so it’s the best of both worlds!

Account Executives
This 100% sales position involves daily contact with fundraising and development staff at some of the nation’s leading nonprofits and universities. In this role, team members aim to provide vital information about matching gifts, our fundraising software solution, and how we can assist organizations to make the most of company gift-matching opportunities and do more for their overall mission.
Account Executives in this position will own every aspect of the sales cycle from start to finish, including prospecting, leading discovery calls, running product demonstrations, and managing contract negotiations.
Onboarding & Client Success Specialists
In an onboarding and client success role, team members will have the opportunity to work with all sorts of nonprofit organizations nationwide to help get them up and running with Double the Donation’s matching gift fundraising software. These individuals typically work with newly signed clients and instruct them on how to use our tools and overcome any barriers that may arise.
Our client success specialists will spend a lot of their time in contact with nonprofit and fundraising professionals through multiple channels such as email, phone, and video calls.

Partnership Success & Marketing Specialists
In this position, individuals spend their time working with a range of nonprofit technology and consulting companies across the globe. Double the Donation’s matching gift software integrates with online donation tools, peer-to-peer fundraising platforms, nonprofit CRMs, and more—and you’ll get to help manage relationships with those providers in order to maintain a seamless fundraising experience for our clients.
You’ll also play a critical role in leading content marketing initiatives that benefit our company, our technology partners, and our nonprofit fundraising clients such as leading live product demonstrations and webinars or producing educational blog posts and other supporting materials.
Matching Gift & Fundraising Specialists
Matching gift fundraising specialists work directly with some of Double the Donation’s largest clients to aid them in increasing their matching gift revenue by using our software and providing donor and client support. These individuals essentially serve as a liaison between our company and the nonprofits we work with on a personal level.
