If you are interested in progressing your career, providing ad-hoc support, or simply need a break from the practice environment but don’t want to give up the career you have worked so hard for, speak to us.? We are flexible, will provide appropriate CPD and interesting work, with as much or as little client contact as you want.
All we ask is that you are at least AAT qualified and have experience of working in an accountancy practice.? A good working knowledge of Xero is essential and if you enjoy ensuring deadlines are met and take pride in accuracy and clear communication, you will be ahead of the pack.?
The work will be a mix of management accounting, statutory accounting and tax compliance.? ??You must be prepared to attend a team meeting each week on Zoom to report your progress during the week gone by, and your planned workload for the week ahead, otherwise, you are free to work the hours that suit you.
Pay will be commensurate with experience but will be in the region of ￡30-￡50k FTE with 25 days holiday (prorated accordingly).? Pension contributions, medical cover and other benefits available dependent on hours worked.?
Self-employed contractors will also be considered, paid by task rather than time.

Today I have made an offer to my second freelance team member, this time an experienced accounts assistant who will speed up our year-end accounting function and tax service, and help me grow the bookkeeping division.
