Challenge David:?We want to issue a challenge to David! Think up an exercise and send us a video of you doing and we will film David doing it as well!

The top 3 will be asked to do it live at?TBNS?with David and will be judge by our three judges - the winner will get a mug, a key ring and a tutu!

We are really gaining followers on TikTok and views on YouTube!? Why don't you go take a look? We are also looking for those of you who do exercise - and especially those who do videos to come join us and submit your videos to us and we'll add them to TikTok and Youtube! We are also asking those of you getting involved - why are you involved in Move for Wellness? (Send us a video!) Are you getting moving?
