We’re excited and honoured to be finalists for best UC distributor at the UCToday Partner awards on November 17th. Fingers crossed we’ll have some good news soon. In the meantime, we’ll continue to be there for our partners. Here are some of the ways we go the extra mile.


We work with hand-picked, world-leading vendors

These include Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, Mitel, RingCentral, Poly and Jabra. We bridge gaps between vendors, resellers, and end-customers by delivering Partner Success. We do this through our compelling services.

We’re easy to work with

We’ve simplified procurement and provisioning, billing, analytics, compliance, and service delivery (with greater optimisation coming soon) giving our partners visibility and control over the entire cloud supply chain. Our Global Supply Chain Solutions help local partners trade internationally by providing pre-staging, logistics, import and export services, to help overcome challenges such as Brexit.

By launching our dedicated Cloud and Collaboration division, we foster further specialisation as we continue to expand the success we’ve had with vendors like 8x8 – who have seen double-digit growth with us.

We help build expertise

We offer partners continuous and free enablement training, boot camps, Health Checks and proofs-of-concept. This past year, we’ve delivered 16 courses with over 240 attendees, across 54 different partners.

Partners like Cinos have taken advantage of our expertise and payment flexibility. Cinos’ Executive Director had this to say about working with us: “expert Architecture teams regularly train staff, provide demos, support with BoMs and end-user interaction. What made a huge difference to us was Comstor’s flexibility with annual billing and monthly credit. Comstor reduced forex fluctuation risk with local currency billing and streamlined new processes at Cisco, helping us secure a valuable 7-year contract.”

We help make more deals happen

Our flexible payment solution, Westcon FLEX, helps partners overcome the financial constraints of subscription models by mixing hardware, licenses, support contracts and professional services into a monthly, quarterly, or annually billable service.

We’re getting more sustainable

We’ve backed our sustainability drive with a 5-year investment roadmap, with the goal of reaching the top 5% EcoVadis rating by FY23. We were the only successful distributor in the 2022 Cisco Sustainability Challenge.


We appreciate every award we’ve picked up along the way and it’s always amazing to be recognised by the wider community, but whatever the outcome at the award ceremony – we’ll still always work to do the best for our partners.
