Where did the Antennas Go?
Taoglas Antennas is changing the way Transportation (trucks, police, fire, heavy equipment) implement communications. There has always been the thought that making long cable runs from the modem to the roof, where you cut a hole and screw in a multi-technology antenna, is the best way to get proper RF signaling.
The problem with this implementation is it is very expensive, the cable runs are long where you lose significant RF performance, and you need to punch a hole in your new vehicle....
Taoglas has a line of adhesive mount antennas where you connect the antenna to the modem and then peel and stick the antennas to anything plastic, fiberglass, or glass inside the cab... Many tractor trailer companies are attaching them to the inside of the wind screen... The performance is much better, you save thousands on instillation costs, and you don't have to put a hole in the roof of your vehicle..
Taoglas offers these antennas with LTE, GNSS, Wifi, Bluetooth, AMFMWB, and SDARS. See below for more details.
