Attracting the best and brightest young talent?

Firstly, our Academy Scholarship re-launched for 2024, giving recent graduates or people with less than 5 years’ work experience under their belts the opportunity to win a place on our Travel Academy programme worth ￡10k. If you know a young person who has the drive and determination to run their own business, and has a genuine passion for travel, they can register their interest here.??

Our partnership with the High Performance Podcast??

In case you missed it, we also launched our partnership with the High Performance Podcast after hosts Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes delivered an insightful panel discussion at our conference back in November.??

We’ve partnered with High Performance as we share the same passion for being the best version of yourself. We exist to help people reach their true potential, with a caring culture and a leading performance mindset at the centre of that. Through our sponsored podcast episodes, we hope to reach people with the right mentality to succeed as a Travel Counsellor – while opening up opportunities for existing members of our community to mentor and nurture new joiners.??

Expanding our training team?

We recently welcomed Kristina Seed to our community as Learning and Development Executive. Kristina brings with her 25 years’ experience developing talent within the travel industry. In her role, she’ll play an integral part in the next phase of our growth plans, enhancing our award-winning training for new franchisees who join our community.??
