?? BOOK OF THE YEAR RECOMMENDATION
Our recommendation of the year is the groundbreaking book from our very own ACT Advisor Flynn Coleman
A Human Algorithm by Flynn Coleman
Coleman, an international human rights lawyer and Harvard and Yale University fellow, explores the imminent societal shift as intelligent machines redefine human existence. As we navigate the age of artificially intelligent (AI) machines, this fascinating narrative discusses the urgency of ethically designed AI and acts as a guidebook to reimagining life in the era of intelligent technology. Coleman advocates for instilling values in AI and emphasising the need for diverse perspectives in designing technology. From questioning human superiority to envisioning a more humane future, "A Human Algorithm" is a compelling guide for anyone eager to understand and navigate the profound implications of AI in our lives. An absolute a must read!
We are getting started.
