PKA is proud to announce that Patrick Shelley has been named Chief Technology Officer. “I have always been fascinated by technology,” Shelley says. “My passion for it was ignited when I got my first computer. I would spend hours on it, learning how to code and build true HTML websites. I thought to myself I can see myself building a career around this.” Patrick received his first Cisco certification at age 16!

Shelley tackles his role guided by a “what’s next” mentality. “It's essential for me to be able to provide our customers with innovative solutions.”He added,”Understanding what new technology is coming next and how to implement it is crucial to both PKA and myself. I’m excited about where AI is taking us and what it can offer.”

Patrick notes that the best piece of advice he’s ever received was from one of his grade school teachers who told him: “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.” He added, “I love what I do. It’s never mundane, never a chore. I can’t believe I get paid to do what I do!”
