WE'RE BAAAAACK
And thank goodness, since Wednesday, so are our friends at Kin. It’s been a tough few days trying to survive without great coffee within a few steps of our office (before you object, Samson & Sophie were on a well-deserved Christmas break too)!
In case you were wondering how I fared skiing in Japan, I’m pleased to report that I seem to be a natural - I made it down the slopes upright more often than not, and I’ll certainly be back for more!
Unlike Shelby, our office hound who seems to still be recovering from cutting laps on the beach pre-Christmas, I am stoked to be back in a suit and on the phones with far more enthusiasm than her!
At HQ, the Christmas tree has been relegated to storage, the team has resumed sending each other at least ten dog photos a day (see above), and we’ve been busy getting our first campaigns of 2025 underway!
504/109 Commercial Road was the first property to go live the day we returned to the office, launching on all portals on Monday!
An elegant corner apartment in the ‘Fabric’ complex, this apartment offers the best of Teneriffe and Newstead at your doorstep (as well as a Woolworths Metro - how convenient!).
Join us for the very first open home tonight at 6pm to enjoy the magnificent sunset behind the CBD skyline on the horizon!
148/53 Vernon Terrace will also be coming to the market before the end of this week, just in time to advertise the first open home on Saturday at 11AM.

Every time my partner walks into this property, she takes a moment to remind me that we perhaps should have chosen Kit Kat tiles for the kitchen. Someone please do me a favour and put an offer forward so I don’t come home to a DIY construction site because she felt ‘inspired’. Did I mention said tiles are part and parcel of a stunning Scandi-inspired renovation on the top floor of the Mactaggarts Woolstore?
Last but certainly not least, 504/8 Masters Street is a wonderful, low-maintenance opportunity in the heart of Newstead!
Enjoy Erewhon-inspired smoothies (you know, the overpriced US supermarket) at Evra, sleek caffeine dispensaries like crowd-favourite Salt Coffee Roasters and Melbourne’s iconic Baker D Chirico just a few steps away! Who needs New Year’s resolutions anyw
As per, Brisbane has a lot to look forward to in 2025. From the city’s biggest new park in 50 years taking shape, to a new entertaining and dining precinct coming to the laneways of Fortitude Valley and two restaurants to complement the recently opened Kangaroo Point Green Bridge (which I have yet to cross, would you believe it?!), and as always, countless new venues openings, there’s a lot to be excited about!
I’ll be honest, I’m particularly stoked that Cartel Del Taco will be opening at the Merthyr Road and Brunswick Street intersection in the near future - lunch is looking pretty good this year!
At PPG too, there’s lots to look forward to in the coming months…on that note, I’ll wrap up the very first Percival Press of 2025!
Talk soon,
