We’re All In This Together…specially sales!

Last June 21, 2024, Pacific Union held its latest Support Education Program entitled “We’re All in This Together…specially Sales!!”

This was led by Coach Joseph Pingol who has had 30 years of experience in people development and sales management in both the Pharmaceutical and Nutritional Industries. He aimed to teach our head office about the different personality types and how we all contribute to sales in the workplace.?

The seminar was filled with activities aimed to generate engagement within the audience; from the yarn activity which served as a visual representation of how each member of the team is connected to our Sales Department to the determination of our C.O.R.E. personality.

These consist of Commanding Eagle, Observant Owl, Respectful Dove, and Energetic Peacock: four basic personality traits assigned to each and every one of us. Coach Jojo also taught PUIC’s head office how to deal and interact with these personality types, as well as each type’s strengths and weaknesses.?

What makes this seminar such a success is not only was it one of the most engaging SEPs Pacific Union has ever had, but it taught valuable insights that can taken beyond the workspace.

Knowing how we’re connected to one another to serve a common purpose and determining our C.O.R.E. personality types can improve not only our work habits but also our understanding of ourselves and our relationships with friends and family.
