We're all One. No, really.
It seems so simple, doesn’t it? For me to say to you we’re all one. When everything we consume says otherwise. This person is not seeing this person. This person is not recognizing this person’s pain. But we all feel the same feelings. We have different lives, and we have different experiences, but we’re all terrified, thrilled, excited, bombastic, outrageous, loving and here for a greater purpose.
When we lead, and when we work with others, we can’t lead if we don’t know how to lead as ourselves to the experience of our true selves. That’s everything. That’s our sole purpose. It’s engagement with our individual Shadow. It’s the only thing that works.
I live in Hollywood and I advise at the nucleus of the entertainment industry. The pain here is exquisite because there is so much. It’s so lush. Rich, rich, rich. And there is more pain than anywhere I’ve encountered because all of my beautiful people who bring you the movies and TV and art you adore are trying to find out who they are that is not their careers of such opulence. They’ve been bewitched and they’re breaking the spell. It’s jarring, and thrilling.
When we don’t attach our identity to our looks, our money, our fame and our fortune is to find genuine inner peace, and then create more. It’s a conscious blending.
