I know firsthand how intensive, exhaustive and demanding the corporate space is. I spent a decade in B2B tech sales, business development, leadership and team culture, and the last seven years running a corporate event marketing agency.

I was always hustling, rushing and in the grind. I used to feel very proud by my overachieving and perfectionist ways. On the outside, and on paper, I was 'successful' but on the inside, I was disconnected.

I struggled with chronic burnout, high-functioning anxiety, and countless health issues as a result of the stress and lack of knowledge & tools for proper self-care.

I knew that I could no longer continue to live my life in this way, so I sought out alternative healing modalities to help me heal and evolve.

Fast forward to spring 2022, I left my corporate job and launched my business to help people with their personal growth and evolution.


I am now on a mission to heal hustle culture and help curb burnout through wellness experiences in the workplace.

My vision is to help professionals strengthen their mind-body connection through the power of the breath, meditation, movement, and self-awareness workshops.


These practices can help improve employee morale and engagement by:

  • reducing stress and moving through the stress cycle
  • curbing burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • managing denser emotions such as worry, anxiety, overwhelm, anger, sadness
  • shifting out of ‘fight-or-flight’ mode and into a state of balance
  • regulating their autonomic nervous system
  • increasing clarity, focused attention and creativity
  • creating greater self-awareness
  • cultivating greater presence and sense of calm


and on a company level, these wellness experience can enhance business performance by:

  • reducing absenteeism, quiet quitting and sick days
  • lowering healthcare costs
  • minimizing turnover
  • creating a culture of openness and inclusivity
  • cultivating an attitude of gratitude
  • truly supporting work-life balance
  • dissipating emotional toxicity
