Overview:
Positive Intelligence? (PQ?,) is a powerful concept developed by Shirzad Chamine that focuses on improving your mental fitness. PQ?, measures the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteurs). By increasing your PQ?, you can achieve greater emotional resilience, happiness, and success.
Key Components:
Saboteurs:
These are the negative voices in your head that generate stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. There are 10 saboteurs in all.
Sage:
This represents your positive mental muscle. The Sage perspective involves empathy, exploration, innovation, navigation, and activation
