Wellness & Exercise Series

What is entailed in a Wellness & Exercise Series Visit? How can Digman Fitness help you or your company improve morale, energy levels, decrease sick days, etc.? Let me outline my specific format that I follow while helping individuals lead healthier lives:

  1. Goal Setting- What do you specifically want to improve? If you are a business, What are the day to day movements that may cause overuse injuries?
  2. Implement a Strategy- Each visit is goal-oriented and helps improve every area of our bodies in a progressive manner
  • Mobility (keep your shoulders, upper back, hips/lower back and ankles healthy)
  • Strength (Improve longevity and decrease chances of injury)
  • Movement (improve stamina and energy)
  1. Follow through and take action
  • How often do you need to implement the necessary tools to become successful?
  • What fun challenges can be implemented to ensure participation and FUN?

Start with a goal, find help and stay consistent and your fitness goals will become a strong habit!
