Wellness for All: Top 20 Natural Remedies

Wellness for All: Top 20 Natural Remedies

Dear Reader,

Have you ever encountered a sore back, a cooking burn, a sore throat, or other discomfort that, while not life-threatening, required immediate attention and relief? I can relate to those situations as well.

During this week, I encountered a severe back spasm that almost rendered me immobile. Although I managed to get through the night, I woke up in significant discomfort. Fortunately, I was extremely grateful to have some Epsom salt on hand. After a soothing soak and a moment of relaxation, I experienced a notable improvement in my condition.

Below, find a list of 20 natural remedies to have on hand for life's little curve balls.

What is your favorite? What would you add to the list? Let me know in the comments.

Have a day to treasure,

Anna Pereira, CEO The Wellness Universe

The same goes for my home, where I maintain a preparedness mindset. It brings immense relief to be able to readily access a remedy when either myself or my husband experiences any health discomfort.

Sharing with you 20 of my top natural remedies:

Great list of natural remedies Anna Pereira Chairwoman Soul Ventures! I have used most of them. I will restock a couple now that you mention it. Another essential in my cupboard is Goldenseal, a natural antibiotic.

How can we connect? Bless you for this precise information. I took me decades to create my own holistic life. This is a current photo. I am 80—everyone guesses Early 60’s. I too have much to share but I am more of a 1 to 1 person Thank you.
