Gratitude for the amazing response to our series last week and thanks to those who checked on my “I am fine “, I am sure you would have made your two calls (if not read the previous article, link at the end)

This week I share the Dragon that has tormented me over years, and the amazing fact was that this dragon was hidden and came in different forms and colors. Sometimes it came as Depression and Darkness, sometimes as Recurring fear, sometimes as Anxiety and Anger, other times as Guilt and Shame, some nights Obsessive thinking did not let me sleep and or I turned and tossed in my bed from three am to five am. Some weeks or months an unexplained Negativity engulfed me (at times when seasons were changing).

For me Fear, Darkness and Obsessive thinking were the primary colors, for others who I have supported it has been anxiety , shame , anger , guilt .

Like all fairy tales, the life of the Dragon is hidden in a bird in a cage, you wring the neck of the bird and the dragon disappears as it is an illusion. The bird carries our stories and false beliefs

The beliefs that I have seen people struggling with are, – I am not worthy, I am not enough, I do not belong, I cannot fail. These beliefs need to be replaced with – I am worthy, I am enough as I am, I deserve love and abundance, I am protected, I am human – It is ok to fail.

The more the new beliefs start blooming, the DRAGON starts disappearing.

It would be great if you can find the Vulnerability to share the belief that you have struggled with and what did you replace them with.

On your mirror, where you brush your teeth – Put up one belief that you want to sow .

If you want to be added to our mailing list PM me, if you want to bring this awareness to your team / organization write to us at [email protected]

Next week I will be sharing a strategy to SLAY this dragon …
