Walk in nature with a good friend and lower your stress. Here is the data......
And to form the habit of walking daily, find a friend and walk with him in nature. Admiring each one of the amazing creatures on the way and the infinite beauty of the trees, leaves, clouds in the hills and sun shining on the mountain top. Add to that the authentic conversations where we can discuss our small triumphs without being judged and open sharing of our fears that can lead to immediate drop in the BP and stress levels. One hour of walk in nature with a curious / grateful mind and see the stress being replaced by restful while walking symbols.
