Wellbeing month 2023
The wellbeing of our team has always been important to us, but in the wake of Covid-19, we feel it's even more crucial that we create a space our people can thrive in.?
Even on the best days, stress can prevent us all from focusing and reaching our potential. It can lead to burnout, disengagement and create strained relationships in the workplace.?
We've seen this happen in other places far too often. So, we decided that every May, we'd have Wellbeing Month at Suvera.?
Working remotely
Suvera is a remote-first organisation. Even though we have an office that people can use as much as they'd like, most of our team work remotely.?
Remote working has benefits and can positively impact people's lives, such as no stressful commutes, more flexibility in people's schedules and saving money on traveling costs.
However, it can have downsides, such as team members feeling lonely and blurred boundaries between work and home life.?
It's also more difficult for leadership to see signs that employees might not be feeling their best.?
We feel that in our remote world, it's vital that we give our employees the tools they need to look after their wellbeing.?

We've got a lot planned this month, from meditation and yoga sessions, to fitness photo challenges.?
We'll split the month and focus on something different each week - starting with Move It Week!
