Wellbeing Designers / March-April Update
March marks the arrival of spring in the Northern hemisphere, the renewal of nature! I had the chance to follow this rhythm and catch a bit of breath after a super busy beginning of the year. In the language of sports, I’ve just completed my much-needed recovery phase post-race season. This meant less public events and more behind the scene work with clients, and preparation of some future offerings that I will share with you in more details very soon!
I am continually inspired by the messages I receive from those eager to make a difference in the wellbeing space or collaborate directly with me. More and more individuals are pursuing Holistic Health Coach education or something similar alongside their corporate roles, driven by the conviction that there must be a better way to integrate life and work in a truly sustainable way. Their numbers are growing, and they are keen to drive change within corporations. While not every organisation is currently equipped to integrate this work seamlessly into their existing systems, I see a promising shift towards embracing dedicated wellbeing roles or incorporating these responsibilities into various business roles like marketing, sales, finance, etc... What makes this shift even more exciting is the changes triggered by AI.?
How can organisations make the best out of the world of AI and make it an amplifier of human-centric organisations? ?
Wellbeing Designers is committed to support this big change process on both sides, for individuals and corporates!?
When I underwent my coaching education and pursued ICF (International Coach Federation) accreditation five years ago, wellbeing was only minimally covered in the curriculum. I am now thrilled not only to witness but also to contribute to the expansion of this crucial topic. I’ve had the privilege of writing for an article series on wellbeing for the Thought Leadership Institute by ICF. You can explore these articles and more in the insights section below, where I’ve provided a link for easy access.
Wishing you an energizing day,
