Hi Wellbeing Designers,


Welcome to the July - August 2024 edition of the Wellbeing Designers bi-monthly update newsletter.

In this edition, we'll share the latest updates that can further enhance your organisation's wellbeing journey. Stay tuned for expert advice, inspiring stories, fresh collaborations, and actionable tips that will help you and your organization thrive.

We are already on full speed for the autumn season, kicking off the first cohort of the Wellbeing Leadership Mastery journey next week and getting booked for keynotes during the upcoming mental health awareness and wellbeing month. With some clients who want to go even further we do some advisory work refining their wellbeing strategy! Early next year we plan to continue this work and kick off the wellbeing eduction for a group of Wellbeing Champions and mid-managers of an organisation.

As a former management consultant, my heart is smiling when I reflect on how much has changed. Just a few years ago, I never would have imagined that my career would evolve to focus primarily on wellbeing for organizations and their people. It’s amazing to see how the world – and our work – continuously transforms in ways we never expect.

And... now reality check!

We also received some cancellations due to low business results that was followed up by cancelling initiatives like ours. Wellbeing is still one of the first ones to be cut when things don't go well. But shouldn't it be the opposite that we need to support employees even more as they are going to make our business performing better?

Wellbeing for employees is not a reward... It is an investment into future success!
