Are you tired of interviewing at places and not getting anywhere? I hear you, actually, I've been there, plenty of times.
It sucks. And honestly, it's not always your fault. Sometimes it's the hiring managers. Let's say you're fully prepped for the interview, you've done your research. You've finally nailed how to interview and then the hiring manager walks in...
"Hi...(looks at your CV) Sasha..
Woah - OK you didn't even know my name? This hiring manager didn't even have the time to CHECK who they were interviewing. It makes you feel like sh1t doesn't it? Are you going to want to do well, is your confidence now squashed. They've thrown you off. If you don't get a job there, you've had a lucky escape.
Another hiring manager maybe looks at their watch and KEEPS looking at it whilst you're answering questions. It throws you off, you feel like you need to rush through your answers, and so you don't do a great job. It's not your fault. You maybe don't get the job. Don't worry, you've had a lucky escape.
Interview with someone who is reading through your CV and trying to come up with questions on the spot - ARGH.

You catch my drift. It's bad and the fact they weren't even prepared only gives you an insight to every other aspect of that companies processes/procedures. Now they could not be like that at all, but do you really want to risk it?
