Your wellness tip...
Time is infinite, but a day has a clear beginning and an end. Routine can be your best friend- what tasks are best done first thing in the morning? what should you spread throughout the day? what is best done at the end of the day? This can help with organization, clarity and regulating sleep.

Something I learned sometime...
SELECT ROUND(pi), -1) as bigger_pi
FROM number
Pi is a very, very long number... other than making it a shorter, less accurate number with the common 2 decimal point format- 3.14, by rounding by "2", you can also make it even less specific by rounding the rest.
ROUND() with a positive parameter rounds the decimal points
ROUND() with a negative parameter for a top-level view?

Your daily exercise to try this week...
Pie slices: Lying flat on your back, legs straight, slide them away from each other like "snow angels" (socks can help) ?? Higher level- hands under your pelvis, legs straight but up in the air 10-45 degrees from the floor and then pulling away from each other to the sides (to make it easier, they can be leaning and sliding against a wall). In standing- half snow angel: just one side of the body (hand and leg same side) while the other hand can support your balance by touching the counter or the desk: one leg straight up to the side, with or without the whole arm.
