Thinking of hosting your first conference? You’re in luck.?
Planning your first conference can be very overwhelming. There are so many moving pieces—finding the right venue, creating an engaging agenda, managing budgets—and it’s hard to know where to even start.
But what if you had a step-by-step guide to navigate it all—plus access to live coaching, ready-to-use templates, and a community of peers tackling the same challenges?
We're exploring the idea of creating a live group coaching course specifically designed to guide event marketers through planning their first conference. Think: clear frameworks, accountability, and actionable strategies you can implement immediately.
? Here’s a sneak peek at what each week might cover:
?? Week 1: Event Foundations – Set clear goals, KPIs, and define your event strategy. ?? Week 2: Building Your Event Roadmap – Create a detailed timeline and budget plan. ?? Week 3: Venue Selection & Logistics – Choose the right space and manage logistics like a pro. ?? Week 4: Marketing & Audience Acquisition – Build a buzzworthy registration strategy. ?? Week 5: Crafting an Unforgettable Experience – Design sessions and activations attendees will love. ?? Week 6: Post-Event ROI & Follow-Up – Measure success and nurture relationships post-event.
Each module will include live coaching calls, downloadable templates, and plenty of time for Q&A to address your specific challenges.

Step Up Your Swag Game with a Swag Store!
Turn your next event into a shopping adventure by creating a swag store! Ditch the usual swag bag at registration and let your guests enjoy a fun, interactive experience where they can "shop" for your company’s branded goodies.
Set the scene with display tables, clothing racks, and even mannequins if you’re feeling fancy. Hand out branded "money" and let guests dive into your swag store to pick out what they actually want. For those who'd rather not take anything home, offer the option to donate to a favorite charity instead.
Pro tip: Include items for the kiddos! Because let’s face it, not everyone needs another t-shirt or water bottle. You can tier the items, allowing guests to choose 2 smaller items or 1 larger item. Maybe one person will snag a cozy branded crew neck while another picks up a coloring book and postcard for their kids.
Happy shopping!
