How the Transition Guide Supports Graduates
The transition into the workplace can be a time when many young people are vulnerable to a range of mental health and wellbeing challenges.? We know from research that we all cope differently when we respond to transitions. However, there are common features that relate to all transitions.? The Transition Guide is a self-assessment tool that draws on this research to help individuals identify strengths, and areas of opportunity when navigating a transition.
