Our Work to Support Menopause
We're proud to offer coaching and workshops/webinars?to help organisations support both their leaders and workers navigating the menopause transition.?
Our Menopause Transition Coaching Program is an innovative program, designed and facilitated by workplace psychologists. We tailor three hours of individual coaching around the unique needs of the individual, wherever they are in their journey, be it peri-menopause, in menopause or post menopause. An additional 30 minutes is also available for those who choose to include their manager in the coaching engagement.?
Our three-hour training program, delivered alongside our specialist menopause subject matter expert partner, Thea O'Connor , equips workplace managers and supervisors with the knowledge, confidence and tools to support employees going through the menopausal transition.
Our 90-minute presentation featuring our specialist menopause subject matter expert partner, Thea O'Connor ,?is designed to help everyone understand why menopause is a workplace issue, and to open up the conversation so people going through this transition don’t feel they have to suffer in silence or press pause on their careers.
Case Study: Empowering Older Workers
In 2019, the Ageing Workforce Ready program was launched to develop and pilot interventions to protect and promote the mental health and wellbeing of ageing workers in the public transport industry.?
Delivered over three years, this collaboration between eight Victorian transport organisations, AustralianSuper , Bus Association Victoria and the Transport Workers Union , aimed to create a supportive and inclusive work environment for older workers.??

Our Programs to Support Late Career and Retirement
Spanning three phases of retirement: preparing for retirement, leaving work, and adjusting to retirement, we customise five hours of individual coaching around your specific needs.
Encompassing 6.5 hours of individual coaching around specific needs, this program provides the tools and resources to maximise transition success for partners in professional service firms.?
Comprised of a suite of modules, and complemented by e-learning and online conversation simulations, this comprehensive training will equip your managers with the tools and skills they need to manage an ageing workforce, and assist in managing the transition to retirement well.
This 1 to 1.5-hour session unpacks the common challenges or concerns that can come during the late career stage, and looks at the tools and resources we can use to navigate these, so that we can plan our late career in a way that is sustainable, and adaptable for our future selves.
Moving beyond the traditional financial and physical health considerations, this 1 to 1.5-hour session explores ways to maximise wellbeing in the lead up to retirement and after you stop working.
Building on our free Maturity of Practice Quiz (MPQ), our Maturity of Practice Index (MPI) benchmarks best practice through interviews, focus groups and a desktop review to help provide insight into the maturing of your organisation to be ageing workforce ready. Through this review you will gain insight into the four pillars of an ageing workforce (i.e., Roadmap, Recruitment, Retention and Retirement) and tailored practical recommendations aligned with best practice to proactively support an ageing workforce.
