A wellsmith can just do the very same thing. Wellsmiths need to understand the concept and scope of wellness from every angle. They are able to create and curate wellness-focusing services and therapies. What is more, they should be able to repair what is broken.

A wellsmith should have his/her toolbox ready with knowledge, skills, experiences and ideas that can be used and adapted to every problematic location accordingly. Wellsmiths are masters of their trade and they know how wellness experiences should ideally perform. As there are many different types of locks, and there are many ways and forms wellness may be manifested as a service as well. Wellsmiths, therefore need to understand the characteristics of every form and type of wellness from medical wellness through self-gifting to holism and spirituality. A good wellsmith knows that often delicate changes may be enough to initiate the expected result. The expertise of a wellsmith may be very welcome in hotels, spas, wellness centers, hospitals, clinics, retreats, hot springs or regions and destinations aiming at the improvement of their value propositions.
