If you’ve bought forex at a lower forex rate from another retail foreign exchange service provider which is registered as an FSP, you can email the trade confirmation statement to?[email protected]. Trade confirmation statements must be in your name, show the time, date and third-party rate of the third-party forex transaction, and must not be more than 48 hours old. Our team will then verify the authenticity and check that the rate was indeed lower at the time. If verified, the equivalent of $100* will be paid into your Shyft wallet using the third-party rate.

To buy forex on Shyft – 24/7 – simply:?

• Log into the app and select the “Quick Actions” drop down, then select “Buy/Sell Forex”?
• Select which currency you’d like to buy and use the currency toggle to specify the transaction value
• Then select “Get a Live Rate” and read and accept the declaration to get your live rate?
• Select “Buy Now” to confirm your purchase and you will receive a confirmation pop-up with the amount of forex you have just bought
