The "BE WELL" Challenge...

I hope you took some time out to enjoy the holidays with your loved ones. We here in Michigan were forced to spend all our time indoors with our below zero temps, but I made it count with a few movies and my all time favorite, Uno.

I got the chance to spend a few hours thinking about the Breathe University community and what my team could do to support each member as we start 2018. Immediately, I went back to the basics. That means, we need to start 2018 with a focus on our health and mental wellness. I decided to start here because we have a "marathon" to run this year and we need to be prepared for it.

With that being said, we have launched a "BE WELL" campaign, which includes some new BU course content:

• The Fight The Fat Challenge - We are challenging the entire BU community and everyone that joins the challenge to lose 20,000lbs collectively.
