Employee happiness and engagement can all be improved by focusing on their well-being. This also helps to reduce overall stress levels.

Managers play a key role in balancing team well-being and achieving results. They should be aware that both work-related and unrelated variables might contribute to poor well-being. Managers should be responsible for addressing workplace concerns while allowing their staff members the freedom to handle personal matters as well.

Here are common contributing factors and what you can do as a manager to help your teams overcome them.

Loneliness
