?? Pitch Competition Winner:?Selected from about 1,500 applications, 15 finalists pitched on the main stage of this year's EU-Startups Summit. In the end, it was the German startup Resourcly who got the jury's highest votes. Learn more about them here .

?? VDS Startup Competition: Valencia Digital Summit, one of Southern Europe's most prominent international tech events and a platform transforming Valencia into a global tech hub, has just launched the call for its international startup competition. Registrations are open until June 29!

???Fresh VC Funds: Accel ?just raised €602.7 million to back ambitious early-stage founders across Europe and Israel. Norrsken VC , a pioneer in impact investing in Europe closed their 2nd fund at €320 million to double down on impact entrepreneurs. Antwerp-based VC Pitchdrive raised its 3rd fund of €40 million to fuel entrepreneur-driven early-stage investing.

AI Funding Boom continues: Edinburgh-based Malted AI closed €6.9 million to tackle the error rates and computing costs associated with LLMs. Stockholm-based Grasp raises €1.7 million for expansion of its AI assistant for the finance industry. Refreshworks , a partner in AI business transformations based in Hague, raised €750k.

??Green Tech Rounds: Berlin-based cleantech trawa raises €10 million to cut SME energy costs and emissions. Aachen-based cylib raised €55 million to scale its next-gen lithium-ion battery recycling tech. Berlin-based Caeli Wind snaps €11 million Series A to expand its digital platform for wind energy sites.
