We are delighted to announce the appointment of Natasha Nicholls, as Senior Recruitment Consultant here at KFS Recruitment Ltd.  

Natasha has seven years’ experience as a Recruiter, where she has covered specialist lending (mortgages, commercial mortgages and bridging finance), financial services and insurance. She is joining our Essex based team on the lending/ FS team, where she will get stuck into the permanent recruitment for many roles, such as; 

• Underwriters 
• BDMs 
• Financial Advisers 
• Project Managers 
• Credit Control 
• Compliance 
• Customer Services 
• Financial Administration 
• … and many more… 

Why Natasha??  

It was an easy choice for us! When we started looking for a new team member one thing was certain; we wanted someone who is friendly and will do the right thing by our valued clients and candidates. We were searching for someone who is ‘heart on their sleeve’ and is naturally approachable (not an easy find in our business….!)  

Natasha’s infectious and bubbly personality, aligned with a high moral compass, makes her the perfect addition to the KFS Team. She is driven and career motivated, ensuring that her clients receive the best service, and she takes pride in placing people in their dream roles. She is ambitious and wants to be a big part of growing our trusted little brand.  

Natasha entered the financial services sector in 2006, initially as an Investments Administrator at large Essex based firm IFDS. She took her insider financial knowledge into the recruitment sector and over the last seven years has never looked back.  

Along with recruitment expertise, Natasha also loves a bit of social media, so hopefully you will see a vast improvement our company LinkedIn page, that I will admit I haven’t shown enough love to…  

Natasha will be working closely with myself and Leanne and I will be introducing her to all of our existing clients over the next few weeks. We are looking forward to having another steady pair on hands on deck, to service your permanent and contract vacancies, across the UK.  

In her personal life Natasha is Mummy to a gorgeous 17-month old daughter and enjoys making the most of weekends by adventuring on family day trips. She loves a good joke, always wins at crazy golf and enjoys a cheeky gin.
