Having spent significant time in Malaysia, he acquired a Bachelor's degree in IT, a Master's in Management Science, and ultimately, a Ph.D. in Change Management, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of knowledge and excellence.

With over 13 years of experience in the BPO industry, Muhamet has excelled in various leadership roles with global responsibilities, showcasing his expertise in leading large teams and projects across continents. His commitment to excellence and cross-cultural collaboration is unparalleled, making him an invaluable addition to our team.
