We’re happy to welcome Gallop (Godrej Accelerated Learning and Leadership Orientation Programme ) at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL).
Building and sustaining our talent pipeline is of critical importance for us to achieve our strategic goals. In line with this agenda , Gallop , our management trainee program focuses on grooming these young management trainees to create future leaders.Our management trainees go through an extensive training program which has components like Pre- joining engagement which assimilates them with the company and its culture, a robust corporate and business induction, comprehensive project stints, that acquaints them with GPL’s strategic priorities and initiatives that make GPL an inspiring place to work for.
The engaging and blended learning approach helps them gain hands-on experience in various functions, business conversations with Senior Leaders helps them to understand our core values and aspirations and make them ready to join hands with us in our success journey.

7 年The name GALLOP looks awesome. Great thought process - all you Godrej folks! Apart from Engagements, what are the other activities or training Godrej involves these MT's into? Also, wanted to know the duration of the training - is it like 2- to 3 weeks or months?
