We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and adaptable individual to join us as an Assistant Account Manager.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing social media campaigns to producing digital content and conducting market research. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with planning and implementing social media campaigns
  • Manage content production + work with graphic designers and video editors
  • Conduct market research and provide data analysis and reporting

Content Executive - Callaway Golf

Are you passionate about golf and video production? Callaway Golf Europe Ltd, who sponsor some of the worlds best pros and create some of the best golf equipment, is seeking a talented Content Executive to join their Marketing team.

As a Content Executive, you'll work closely with the Content Manager and Senior Social Media Executive to create, edit and publish engaging video content for distribution across the company’s consumer-facing channels.

You'll be responsible for providing in-tournament coverage of Callaway’s Athletes across all social media channels, manage channels on a wider basis, and collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure relevant European content is published on Callaway European.com websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, execute, and publish long and short form video content for consumer consumption both in the field and in a studio environment.
  • Attend professional tournaments to create, edit, and publish content to highlight equipment usage by Callaway Athletes, such as John Rabm
  • Work with the Content Manager to create an annual digital content calendar to ensure all content opportunities are maximized around launch periods, DP World Tour events and key campaigns.
  • Analyse video performance on all platforms and report regularly on progress with suggestions as to what could be done to improve performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in photography & videography is a must with an excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite products.
  • Outstanding creative skills with a track record of delivering highly engaging and visually aesthetic assets.
  • Ability to work and travel independently with strong time management and organisation skills.
  • Highly knowledgeable social media user that can demonstrate an understanding of the latest social trends.
  • Strong understanding of Golf both as a player and as a sport.

Events Management Coordinator - Formula E

London | Full Time

Formula E is a championship is the fastest-growing global race series, bringing a unique fusion of world-class sport, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology. With the start Season 9, the championship debuts its third-generation race car, the fastest, lightest, most powerful and efficient electric race car ever built.

With a new series looming close Formula E are seeking a new Event Coordinator to join its team. The Event Coordinator you'll support the Event Management team in planning, operational, and administrative duties, both in the preparation phase and onsite at events. You'll also be work across multiple events and alongside the Event Manager and Event Director of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up activity procedure templates for the event. Depending on the nature of the event this may include creating and updating a Minute-by-Minute file.
  • Be on site at events to ensure schedules are being met as well be hands on fro ad-hoc tasks that come up
  • Support event-related tasks throughout the event planning and delivery stages, as well as administrative and department-related tasks.
  • Work with the Event Manager and Event Director to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Events Management, Sport Management, Project Management, or similar (desired but not essential).
  • Work experience and a proven track record is more important than educational background.
  • Experience in working in medium to large-scale events (ideally sport events) through previous roles (permanent, fixed term, internship, etc.).
  • Experience in motorsport is beneficial but not required.
  • Project Management experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
