First, all eyes were on the calendar. Then, as the day arrived, attention moved to the clock.

This was when the countless hours of strategizing, planning, preparation and hard work were going to pay off. The sense of anticipation and excitement from our Executive Briefing Center team, and Zoomies across the globe, was electric.

The date: Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

The time: 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

The destination: The heart of Silicon Valley.

The reason: The joy of welcoming our first guests as we opened the doors to the brand new Zoom Experience Center at Zoom Headquarters in downtown San Jose!

The focus: Customer Experience

From the very beginning, the main focus for this state-of-the-art facility has been to deliver above and beyond a world-class executive briefing for our customers and partners.
