If you haven’t already, check out this blog to learn more about how to showcase a company’s tech advancements in job descriptions, as well as what attracting and retaining young talent will look like.?
It has become clear in the past five years that as the labor market shifts, manufacturers must adapt to the evolving landscape of workforce development. They will need to adapt by integrating workforce strategy with business strategy, all the way up to the C-suite level.
At the end of the day, it will be organizations that are both curious and innovative — companies that explore practical approaches to retention, automation, and targeting the right pool of candidates — that will win the war for talent. Check out an article that dives into even more on the subject on the AEM’s website.?
