Welcome to The Work Coach

I put up my coaching activities on LinkedIn today – a way to officialize something I started a few months ago already.

Of course this is parallel to my work at Innate Motion. It comes from the same drive though, the ambition to make business a force of progress. It happens when business and brands engineer a way to align business effectiveness and delivering something useful to the world around them - that's what I do at Innate. But business also becomes a force of progress when great people do the same: align their skills, their values, their sense of contribution with the work they do. When that happens, they make positive impact!

It’s not easy - it took me two decades actually, so I speak from the standpoint of a slow learner! It takes knowing what really drives you, what skills you have or need, what ambitions and constraints you have, and finding the imagination, the skills, and the courage to bring all of this together in what you do every day. But then work brings joy, purpose, impact, and that really rocks.

That’s what I do with the people I coach, using similar tools to those that my Innate clients know: a solid level of empathy, an ability to join the dots between apparently disconnected elements, a few good tools, and the knack to challenge when it’s needed. As one of my clients pointed, clarity is what you can expect to get, and that’s the base to grow, decide next steps, be better at what you do (or all of the above...).
