Hello, and welcome to UnZipped, our new newsletter covering everything from new products, to new research, and hydration tips and tricks. Here at Zip HQ, we're constantly working to innovate the hydration space both at work and at home, and we want to be able to keep you updated with all of the exciting news, events, products, and plans, and what better way than a newsletter so that everything is in one place?

Now we are comfortably in the swing of 2024, it's a great time to look back, as well as forward to another packed year of plans. Last year we announced the launch of HydroMe, our state-of-the-smart flavoured drinking water innovation for workplaces, and I'm proud to see us taking further steps to enhance hygiene, improve productivity, and provide hydration for businesses across the country.

We also released our Ultimate Guide to Hydration, which is available online and as a download, covering everything from signs of dehydration, to our top 5 tips for keeping employees hydrated at work. On our residential side, we have launched the HydroTap Celsius Plus All-in-One Pull-Out, combining our filtered instant boiling, chilled, sparkling, and unfiltered hot and cold water with a pull-out hose, and show-stopping design.

Our commitment to hydration grows every year, as does our commitment to servicing: our HydroCare team now features over 100 engineers and technicians, providing best-in-class service for our customers. I am proud of the passion and expertise that our teams pour into everything they do, and I am confident in our position to deliver further value for our customers in 2024.
