And these were just the beginning!

It wasn't lost on us that these were issues are for any manager, but they posed special consideration in the virtual landscape. They don’t magically disappear in the virtual world.

There was an entire virtual universe of needs that just didn’t exist. It was at this point we realized something so terribly distressing: we, and countless other virtual managers, were completely on our own.

So, we saw an opportunity. That moment sparked the very idea for a book, a website… a movement.

Yes! A movement!
