Who we are:

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Trove, a culture-tech platform nurturing team bonding, human curiosity, resilience and growth through digital shared experiences.

Trove was born out of the employee engagement crisis. In our digital hybrid world, we understand how hard it is to keep people, let alone keep them engaged, challenged, and connected. Organisations worldwide are facing declining employee loyalty and retention, an increase in quiet quitting, and a massive hit on employee productivity and innovation as a result. We are aware that we are not telling you something you don’t know.
