LEARNINGS FROM OUR 2022 DIVERSITY REPORT

It has been a mixed bag in regards to progress. Diversity is decreasing as seniority rises with the representation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic professionals falling across all regions. While areas like the gender pay gap have decreased overall, a gap between male and female professionals with parental responsibilities has opened up. We also have an ethnicity?pay gap up from last year.

To celebrate the launch of our Diversity Report and raise awareness around the findings, we hosted an event in conjunction with Rockborne, our sister company, where speakers from a variety of organisations gave their advice on tackling the many gaps we're still experiencing in the market. With health apps being readily available, and sometimes even already installed on our phones and watches, concerns amongst women rise around the data they provide, especially when it comes to cycles.
