Let us introduce a core member of the InnovX team! Silviu Florea, Program Manager Innovators Bootcamp, has been by our side since the very beginning, in 2019??

Innovative thinking and solution finder, addicted to novelty and technology, heavy biker, rebel kiter and free ride snowboarder, Silviu Florea, based on his extended experience in banking and business, gives all the structure needed for a company to produce bigger impact in his own field of activity and to do that with a smile on their faces!

From 2019, Silviu held more than 20 workshops, mainly about the Disciplined Entrepreneurship curriculum. Moreover, in 2021 he was the Program Manager for the Grinders and Scaleup cohorts. Being a true believer in the benefits of technology and a startup enthusiast, Silviu also had more than 40 1:1 mentoring sessions with our Alumni.

After presenting the prizes for one of the most anticipated events, the InnovX-BCR Demo Day, Silviu shared his experience with us: "I was present on the both sides, as a mentor and part of the organizing team. It was a three sided experience, actually, because I was also on each startup's team. If you are disciplined and an entrepreneur, then you should attend Disciplined Entrepreneurship witch puts in line your dream, your market and also your knowledge and capabilities in order to be focused on the market that you have chosen."
