Miracle-Ear is very excited to announce that we've added a new Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team. Her name is Courtney Nelson. She's excited to be part of the team as giving people, the gift of sound is something she can truly stand behind! I've been impressed with her ability to build fast and strong relationships with our franchisees, candidates and the corporate team.

Here is a bit more about her!

Courtney Nelson was born and raised in Minnesota and is getting married in December. She recently obtained her MBA at the University of St Thomas with an emphasis in leadership and management. Prior to working at Miracle-Ear she was a college recruiter for 4 years at St Thomas. She’s a wonderful addition to our team.
