Reflecting on Your Achievements ??
Think back to the past year and consider your achievements, both big and small. What are you most proud of accomplishing in 2023? Reflecting on your successes can boost your confidence and set a positive tone for the year ahead.

Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You ????
Sometimes, to make space for new opportunities and growth, we must let go of what no longer serves us. What habits, beliefs, or situations are you willing to release as you step into 2024? Identifying these can be liberating.

Creating a Vision for 2024 ??
What do you want to create in the coming year? What are your goals, aspirations, and dreams? Take the time to visualise and articulate what success looks like for you in 2024. Having a clear vision is the first step toward making it a reality.

Embodying Your Intentions ????♀?
Choose three words that represent the essence of how you want to show up in 2024. These words will serve as guiding principles and reminders of your intentions. They can influence your actions and decisions throughout the year.

As we mentioned above in Energised Leadership, we recently engaged in a similar reflection process with our community. It was a powerful exercise that allowed us to celebrate our achievements, shed what no longer serves us, and set inspiring intentions for the new year.

P.S Here is the bonus tip - Don't set your goal from FEAR
For example "My goal this year is to NOT get burned out"?
This goal is set on fear and looking backwards, which none of us want to do.
Instead, look to write a goal like "My goal is to prioritise my self-care and manage my energy in 2024"
